Reserve Your Punch Card for Event Activities and Snacks. This event will be located at Shasta's Sweet Treats. This is a two-story facility that offers baked goods, specialty drinks (i.e., specialty coffees, teas, and more). The Mental Health Fair (F.O.C.U.S) will be held here and offer complimentary baked goods and drinks, yoga sessions, therapeutic art/craft sessions, mental health screenings, music, and an environment filled with great positive energy for good social fun, communication, and supportive dialogue. The great thing about the mental health screenings here is that it's for educational purposes (not diagnostic), so anyone can feel safe diving a little deeper into self-discovery without the fear of others judging. It is simply about becoming educated, aware, not feeling alone, and having some fun while doing it.
